This is a very fine apatite with dark green (almost black) actinolite crystal inclusions. I got this in the early 2000's. Recently I have seen similar crystals from the same area, but usually smaller and damaged. This piece measures 4.4 x 2.2 x 1.8 cm. It has no damage, but the back side is not as lustrous as the front (which is like glass). It is complete all the way around. I bought several of these at the same time and this is my last one. Since then I have not found a replacement at a reasonable price.
